Step 1) Roof is Cleaned using Power Blowers to allow proper adhering of new roofing materials. All Open Crackage located throughout entire roof to be either applied Hot Rubber Patches, Fiberglass Membrane between Two (2) applications of rubberized Roof Cement, or Adhesive Roof Tape ( depending on roof surface type ).

Step 2) Entire Roof Including all wall flashings to be Flood Coated using necessary Top Grade Roof Coating. ( depending on roof surface type )
